Use A1 Website in English

Visit the websites: A1 official website, My A1 web or A1 Business Help


Most of our website content is in Bulgarian. To view it in English:


  • Google Chrome: Right-click anywhere on the page and select “Translate to English.”  


  • Microsoft Edge: Click on the translate icon in the address bar.


  • Mozilla Firefox: Use browser extensions like Google Translate.


  • Safari: Use the built-in translation feature. Tap the “aA” icon in the address bar and select “Translate to English.” More instructions here.

Chat with AVA - A1 Virtual Assistant

Start the chat: use the chat icon in the lower right corner.


Chat in English:


  • Language: You can write directly in English or select from the available menu options.


  • Data Privacy: Chat data is processed in accordance with A1 Bulgaria’s GDPR policy.


  • Visuals: Images shown in the chat may contain Bulgarian text.


  • External links: Most external pages will appear in Bulgarian. You can enable browser translation if needed.

Use A1 Business Portal in English

Open the website: Business Portal


Change the website language to English:


Click on the icon EN on the top right corner.


You can use the Business Portal in English to:

  • View and download your invoices.
  • Manage your services.
  • Activate and Deactivate Roaming, additional packages and SIM settings.


If you still don't have access to it, ask your Acount Manager.
