My A1 app offers an English version, which you can switch to before logging in to your account or once you are inside by going to the three dots (More) section –> About the application –> Language.

If you need to register, simply click on “Create your profile” below the login button.

By using My A1 application, you can easily access your contracts with A1 Bulgaria, view your invoices and payments, and activate or deactivate different add-ons and services.

If you experience issues with your fixed internet or television, you can report a difficulty through the App and follow the provided instructions. If the issue persists, you can register a ticket for additional support.

If you use optical internet from us or a router installed by an A1 technician, you can manage your Wi-Fi network, change your name and password, or configure your port forwarding.
