AVA now speaks English

Starting from June 24, 2025, our chatbot AVA is available to assist customers in English as well. 

Every customer can switch the language in AVA by: 

  • Typing directly in English in the chat; 

  • Selecting the "Chat in English" button from the main menu of the bot, available on all pages in My A1, A1 Assistant, and A1.bg. 

At the beginning of each chat, a brief message is shown with information about the use of AI and the translation terms. 

The translation is performed in real time through AI integration, and customer data is stored in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

You can find her in the bottom right corner of our website - A1.bg, as well as in your My A1 profile. 

All you need to do is enter your mobile number and confirm it with a verification code. AVA will take care of the rest.
